About our program
The Human Capital Program (HCP) is an internship program organised by Gev Consulting (a business strategy consultancy that creates sustainable businesses with exceptional people for multiple benefits). It is a program designed for young graduates who want to gain professional experience. Over a period of 3 to 6 months, the majority of the tasks entrusted to participants will be carried out online. At the end of the placement period, the most outstanding participants will be asked to work on various projects undertaken by Gev Consulting.
Benefits and opportunities
Gev Consulting's Human Capital Program enabled me to develop self-confidence in decision-making and not to doubt my skills and abilities. Apart from that, I also learnt other ways of working and doing things to achieve a good result.
This programme has been useful to me in that it has given me more contacts and knowledge in the property sector and also thanks to the generosity of the Director and all his team who have given me their support to motivate me even more to be excellent in my field, which is Public Relations.
I would like to congratulate the organisers of this programme, all those who in one way or another have invested their time and effort in making this programme happen. Because through this programme, I have discovered other potential that I didn't know existed. I would like to thank
The HCP program enabled me to put my theoretical knowledge into practice. For me, it was a way of challenging myself in terms of my ability to think and come up with solutions to a company's needs. For all future participants in the programme, step out of your comfort zone and give it your best shot.
This program has enabled me to discover more about the scope of the marketing profession and thanks to this I have developed my skills and increased my potential. I am very proud to be part of this programme.
I had a great time during the program and it enabled me to discover new things, particularly the way of working, and to visit a new world.
